Debrief the Week

Do you ever feel like you're just not getting anywhere with your goals?  The problem could be that your actions aren't as focused as they need to be.  A great strategy is to look for patterns that show what's really going on.  Patterns reveal themselves when you take the time to write down what you're doing, in a given time period, on a regular basis.

Why not take an hour each week to write down and reflect on what you've been doing.  What worked really well for you?  What actions didn't provide the results you were looking for?  What can you do better in the upcoming week?  What resources could you be leveraging?

The more intentional you get, the more satisfying your results.
